 This event allows boys and girls, ages 7 to 16 an opportunity to showcase their skills and advance in the game.
FORMAT
The format of the event is stroke play for all three rounds of the competition. The top 5 players in each age group (and gender) will receive trophies and/or other prizes in recognition of their achievements.
ELIGIBILITY
Handicap certificates or scoring records attested by a PGA/LPGA professional are required when you apply for the tournament.
Girls & Boys
Age under 10 · suggested handicap max. 36
· scoring equivalent 55 for 9 holes or 105 for 18 holes
Age 10 – 13 · suggested handicap max. 24
· scoring equivalent 48 for 9 holes or 95 for 18 holes
Age 14 – 16 · suggested handicap max. 18
· scoring equivalent 45 for 9 holes or 90 for 18 holes
RULES
Play is governed by the 2008-2011 Rules of Golf according to the R&A. Please refer to the website for further details, regarding local rules and yardages for each age group.
ENTRY
Fees range from €125 to €295. Fees include:
· Four rounds of golf including practise round.
· Goodie bags
· Opening/closing dinner ceremony for player and one guest (additional tickets can be purchased in advance)
· Drive Chip and Putt Competition included.
